Planning Application Plans

EP Architecture Wolverhampton provide building plans for planning permission applications in and around Wolverhampton. The planning department require a complete detailed scale drawing of the existing house and the proposed extension, along with elevation plans, structural calculations and location map of the property. We can take care of the whole process,surveying the property, drawing the plans and submitting the appropriate documentation.

Permitted Development

We would always recommend a Lawful Development Certificate which proves any work carried out is legal, this is necessary when you sell your property and can also be a requirement of your lending provider. Building Regulations aim at achieving minimum standards in a building’s construction, energy, energy efficiency, fire regulations and disability access We can provide Building Regulations and submit these to Building Control. We also provide a technical number your builder can ring if he requires any guidance on any building regulations.
