We provide plans for home extensions and conversions in the Wolverhampton area and offer  a complete pre-build service, offering advice on planning, permitted development and design. When you are happy with the design we draw up your plans and submit them, along with all the necessary information required, to Wolverhampton Planning Department, we then liaise with the Planning Department on your behalf.  We can also provide Building Regulations for Building Control and structural calculations should you need them.

Our aim is to make the whole process as easy as possible. We are always happy to chat about your ideas and plans over the phone.
